The event taking place in this venue is being videotaped/recorded for an ARS TOURING, LLC program. By entering this venue, you hereby irrevocably grant the Company and its affiliates, successors, licensees and assigns the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium now known or created at any time including, without limitation, in Company and other sponsored or unsponsored programming and the advertisement and promotion thereof. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Company, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries affiliates, divisions, and their past, present and future officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns for such use. Company makes no promise that your image or voice will appear in any programming or advertisement.

You acknowledge that you are at least eighteen years of age. If you are under the age of eighteen, you represent that you have obtained your parent’s/guardian's consent to enter this venue and be bound by the terms set forth herein and neither you nor your parents/guardians shall have the right to withdraw your permission to be taped or appear in the program and they agree to indemnity and defend Company from any liability if they or you try to withdraw such permission to be taped or appear in the program.

If you do not agree to the above terms and do not wish to be taped as part of the program, please stay out of the venue where filming is taking place.
