MERCHANDISE
If you wish to purchase gift items, the Ducks Team Store is located on the east
side of the Plaza concourse across from section 228 or on the Club level at the
Southwest elevator lobby outside section 310. For most events there are portable
novelty stands located throughout the Plaza and Terrace concourses.
ENTRANCES AND ELEVATORS
The three main entrances are located on the north, east and south sides of the building.
Each of the main entrances is equipped with an assistive entry door that is designated
with the international accessibility symbol. There are eight elevators (two at each
corner of the arena) located either to the left or right from any main entrance.

BUILDING AMENITIES
Restrooms are located on each level of the arena; signs direct you to the nearest
restroom. All restrooms are wheelchair accessible. Please see the concourse maps
for exact locations.
Drinking fountains are located throughout the building. A courtesy cup of water
may be requested from any concession stand. Guests using wheelchairs will find accessible
drinking fountains throughout the building. Please see the concourse maps for exact
locations.
Each area of public telephones has wheelchair accessibility and all public telephones
throughout the arena are equipped with volume controls. A Telecommunications Display
Device (TDD) is available at the pay phone location across from section 204. Please
see the concourse maps for exact locations.
ATMs are located on the Plaza Level at section 201, next to the box office, on the
Club level at section 310, and on the Terrace Level at section 401. Please see the
concourse maps for exact locations. Both ATMs are wheelchair accessible.
First Aid is staffed by emergency medical technicians (EMTs) and is located on the
Plaza level across from section 216. Please see the concourse maps for exact locations.
