“We’re honored to once again team with the Big West and NCAA to bring this prestigious event to Honda Center,” said Tim Ryan, President and CEO of Honda Center. “Having served as a host site on five previous occasions, we know the excitement and drama that unfolds with each game of the NCAA tournament and anticipate a raucous atmosphere March 27 and 29 in Anaheim!”

The NCAA West Regional features four teams and three games, with the winner advancing to the NCAA Men’s Final Four.

“The passion and intensity that NCAA Championship basketball offers is such a tremendous draw, and the Big West is thrilled to once again partner with Honda Center in bringing this event to the southern California fan base,” said Dennis Farrell, Big West Conference Commissioner.  “We are all looking forward to putting on another first-class tournament.”

The 2014 championship begins with the First Four®, taking place in Dayton, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, March 18 and 19. Second- and third-round action takes place in Buffalo, Milwaukee, Orlando and Spokane Thursday and Saturday, March 20 and 22, while Raleigh, San Antonio, San Diego and St. Louis will host second- and third-round games Friday and Sunday, March 21 and 23.  Anaheim will serve as the West Regional site, while Memphis will host the South Regional on Thursday and Saturday, March 27 and 29. Indianapolis hosts the Midwest Regional while Madison Square Garden will play host to the East Regional, Friday and Sunday, March 28 and 30. The 76th Men’s Final Four will be hosted by North Texas, Saturday and Monday, April 5 and 7 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
